• Each mug is printed with with high quality sublimation for a professional finish. The print is sublimated directly onto the mug for a long lasting, no-fade finish. I do not use vinyl (which can peel off).

🤲🏻 CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
• Ceramic Mugs (11 oz and 15 oz mugs) in any color are Dishwasher and Microwave Safe.
• Glass Mugs (10oz) are NOT microwave or dishwasher safe. Please hand wash only.

📦 PRODUCTION & SHIPPING TIME
• Since I make each mug individually for every customer, I need time to make your order. Please allow 2-3 days for me to make your order.
• If you need a rush order, please contact me FIRST before placing your order to make sure that I can accommodate your request.
• Mugs ship standard with USPS First Class Mail. You may upgrade your shipping at checkout for faster shipping. Note that upgraded shipping applies to the time that the order takes in shipping but does not affect processing time.

📦 Packaging: All mugs/cups/tumblers/water-bottles will be packed with care.
